     We are pleased to finally present the second, revised and
an expanded edition of the immortal creation of Anton Szandor LaVey.
Let us admit that it comes out not only because the first
of any promotion became a bestseller, but also due to the fact that
We consider ourselves obligated to correct mistakes made both by ours and
