The summer 1999 demoparty season brought numerous events reflecting community activity. Official results and winner lists from Paradox'99 in Rostov-on-Don, DI-HALT'99, and Computer Art'99 in Kazan are published, complemented by participant impressions and a critical review of the organization. The phenomenon of the fragmentation of the Russian demoscene and the impact of local gatherings on release quality are analyzed using Chaos Constructions as an example. Regional meetings of Spectrum enthusiasts and the development of the arcade game Gunman by Alien Factory and Sage Production are also covered.
