The End of an Era almanac publishes poetry and prose written by
by authors from the “near-Tolkienist” crowd, but not necessarily
but Tolkienesque in theme. The room contains extremely interesting
works, and I without the slightest doubt recommend this to readers
number. Poems and prose by E. R. Trank, N. Skorlygina, E. Zlobina,
T. Golovkina, N. Tochilnikova, E. Eliseeva, I. Popova. Composition

                      "GUARDIAN BIRD" #36.

Despite its untimely death, "GUARDIAN BIRD" continues
does not come out with amazing regularity. In the thirty-sixth
least a “bird” flutters over Roman Arbitman, Alexey Svirido-
vym, Andrei Stolyarov's novel "I am the Mouse King", Vasily
Zvyagintsev and Igor Pidorenko. Plus the end of the report about the train
Sasha Didenko’s dka to Moscow and Omsk and a lot of small baubles. In general,
"Bird" is on top again! [S.B.]
