  Regulations on the All-Russian Music Competition
    "Songs of Resistance of the Unconquered People"

   All-Russian music competition "Songs of Sopro-
"Tivation of the Unconquered People" is held annually
in Moscow and is dedicated to the memory of the defenders of the Constitution

   The motto of the competition: “For the Motherland!”
   The goals of the competition are:
   - identification of works of song creativity,
written in the period after 1991 and directed
to promote the ideals of the struggle for independence, for
revival of the principles of collectivist, communal,
socialist worldview, for the approval
ideas of spiritual improvement, for preserving
traditional moral values;
   - identifying the most talented authors and using
singers, poets, composers;
   - unification and development of spontaneously formative-

   The competition is held in two stages:
   - correspondence qualifying and
   - final (concert) - with the identification of laureates
and diploma students, and most importantly - the definition of the first de-

   To participate in the first (qualifying) stage of the competition,
the performers submit to the Organizing Committee magnetic

   Criteria for selecting songs for the final stage:
